Wii U Vs Seventh & Eight Gen Consoles

Im not a Nintendo Fanboy, or a Sony Fanboy or even a Microsoft Fanboy, i am a Games Console Fanboy, i enjoy ALL games consoles, i may play one more than the other, but i still like them all equally.

All i have been seeing from the Nintendo haters is that the console isn’t powerful enough, in my personal opinion it is, after all its a Games Console, it shouldn’t be on par with the most up to date PC Gaming Power Rig, it is kept like that to keep the cost of manufacturing etc down, small form factors to make it more homely, to just fit under the TV.

With all that said, i decided to make two specification tables “Seventh Gen Vs Wii U” and “Eighth Gen Vs Wii U”, the first table is accurate and correct, the second table will be as close as possible until final specs are released for the PS4 and Next Gen Xbox, this will be fixed once those consoles are actually released as certain specs will be different from the original announcement, especially where Sony is concerned, if you take into account the 2005 PS3 Announcement and 2006 PS3 Announcement.

Now you have the most minor, but important details, the PS4 has 4K resolution for movies, the Next Gen Xbox will have Ilumniroom and the Wii U is the only next gen console toi have true disc Backwards Compatibility.

Regardless of features, the Wii U’s power or lack or reported power does not stop me enjoying it, nor does it stop me playing any of the games 🙂
